At Cranford Perfumes, we are committed to delivering your favorite luxury fragrances quickly and safely across the UAE.

Order Processing

  • Orders are processed within 24 hours after payment or order confirmation.

  • Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

  • Once your order has been dispatched from our warehouse, you will receive a shipping confirmation.

Shipping & Delivery Time

We work with trusted courier partners to ensure fast and reliable delivery.

  • Estimated Delivery Time: 1–2 business days across Dubai, Abu Dhabi, and the rest of the UAE.

  • Delivery times may vary slightly depending on your exact location or courier schedules.

Shipping Charges & Free Delivery

  • Free UAE Shipping: Applies on orders above AED 100 (or AED 200 during specific seasonal promotions).

  • Standard shipping fees for orders under the threshold will be calculated and clearly displayed in AED at checkout.

Order Cancellation

  • Orders can be canceled before they leave our warehouse by contacting our customer service team.

  • Once an order has been dispatched, it can no longer be canceled.

Payment & Delivery Information

  • Cash on Delivery (COD): Card payments are not accepted at the door for COD orders. Please ensure exact cash is available for the courier upon delivery.

  • Address Accuracy: Please provide a complete address and a reachable UAE mobile number to prevent delivery delays or failed attempts.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, leaking, or if you received an incorrect item:

  • Report the issue to our customer service team via WhatsApp or email on the day of delivery or within 48 hours.

  • Please provide your order number alongside clear images of the damaged product and package invoice.

  • Do not dispose of any damaged items or original packaging until our support team verifies your request.
